We know you may have a lot of questions, so we've quickly answered some of them for you :)

How can I pay for my item?
We happily accept Mastercard, Visa and Afterpay.

What if I don't like the scent of the product I have ordered?
That's perfectly fine! Simply send your unused item back in its original packaging (at your expense) and we will happily refund or exchange your item. Refer to our Returns Policy tab for more info.

How long till I receive my item?
You should expect your item to arrive with 3-5 business days after your purchase. If you require your item to be express shipped, simply select the express post option and we'll get onto it pronto!

What if I have sensitive skin or allergies?
We have formulated our products with the highest quality oils with some being organically sourced. This however does not guarantee that different skin types will all react the same. We advise that a small patch test is conducted before applying the product to hair or skin.

Will I be charged any import charges?
Australia, NZ and USA orders will have no import charges. For other countries, this may vary and you may be charged handling fees. Fox and Fellow bears no responsibility for these charges that may occur, as policies and import duties vary widely across the globe.
